The dissertation is devoted to the important problem of modern obstetrics – increase of efficacy of treatment of placentar insufficiency in pregnant women with gestosis. The purpose of the work was increase of efficacy of treatment of placenlary insufficiency in pregnant women with gestosis by introduction of complex preventive measures with the use of ozone therapy. There were 120 pregnant women under observation with 20 weeks of pregnancy with placentary insufficiency in gestosis. Placental insufficiency, hypoxia and intrauterine growth retardation of the fetus, metabolic acidosis have also have been observed in pregnant women with gestosis. Efficacy of treatment with the use of ozone therapy has been proved. The condition of mother and fetus has improved. Frequency of perinatal complications was lower in the observed group.
