Ancheva I. Clinical and phychological substantiation of method of choice in management of delivery

Dissertation covers to the study of peculiarities of obstetric and perinatal consequences of pregnancy under condition of differencial applications of methods of management and analgesia depending on psychological features of the pregnant women and character of responses of the autonomic nervous system to pain. 160 patients were examined in the study of three clinical groups: medical anesthesia of the delivery (I group), epidural analgesia (П group), and control group (III). The control group was made of labourers, whom special anesthesia was not given. Basing on the on data obtained about peculiarities of clinico-psychological characteristics and actions of the ANS of women who have chosen different methods of anesthesia of delivery, on the basis of the analysis of effective different methods of anesthesia in persons who have different individual-psychological characteristics and reactivity of ANS, (he developed algorithm of a method of choice of delivery anesthesia. This algorithm indicates significant amnestic and subjective factors of effective anesthesia of deliverys, includes individual-psychological characteristics and indicators of the ANS activity which provide no necessity in delivery anesthesia, effective or uneffective anesthesia.
