Object of the study is process of management circulating asset and source of their financing on industrial enterprise. Objective of the study is generalization and development scientifically-methodical basis, development toolbox and practical recommendation on creation efficient managerial system circulating asset and source of their financing. Methods of research are critical analysis, scientific abstraction and generalizations, system approach, comparisons, trend, correlation-regression and analysis of variance, grouping, mathematical statistics, economic and mathematical modelling.
