Zadykhaylo E. The organization of administration of culture in Ukraine (administratively legal aspect).

The dissertation is devoted to the issues concerning the organization of administration of culture in Ukraine. The author defines the concept of state policy in the sphere of culture, considers the main directions of its realization. Author's vision of solving the problems of centralization and decentralization in the sphere of state administration of culture is represented. The system of administration of bodies of culture, their legal status are studied, proposes concerning the improvement of organization structure of above-mentioned bodies are given. Peculiarities of administratively legal regulation of library, club and museum activities, activities of theatre and archive institutions are examined. In the thesis it is also given proposes on improvement of legislation.
