Determined features and basic problems of functioning the system of financial maintenance of innovation activity in Ukraine. There is formulated the principle of concentration financial resources that assumes necessity of a direction financial resources and using financial stimulus for development of exclusively those directions of innovation activity, that are determined priority by results of analytical researches. With this purpose there are determined criteria of definition directions of priority financial maintenance of innovation activity.
