Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of actual problems of fighting economic crimes in such strategic area of economy as coal mining. The main criminological notions connected with the reluctance to economic crimes are analyzed. The criminological state in the coal-mining industry and the widespread ways of completion of economic crimes are investigated, the persons committing this type of crimes are characterized. The focus is made on the research of the economic crimes determination and improvement of the system of actions of reluctance to these crimes in the given industry. The system of agents fighting with economic crimes in this industry is considered. Offers as for the guidelines of improvement the system of reluctance to economic crimes in the coal-mining industry are contributed as well as directions and forms of interactions of law enforcement bodies with other agents fighting with these crimes.
