Essay

Specific characteristics of the course of different forms of HBV-infection during gestation. The rate of HBV infecting of pregnant women of the region of Bucovina. New data concerning the intensity of endotoxemia and the development of structural changes in the placenta depending on the duration of an infectious process and biological phases of virus reproduction. Have been obtained, a correlation between the character of pathomorphologic changes in the placenta and the concentration of blood plasma molecules of average mass in pregnant women has been shown. Algorithms of examining gravidas with HBsAg detected for the first time and a method of prognosticating obstetric complications with an asymptomatic forms of HBV-infections.
