The dissertation is devoted to the development principles of new technology creation in noise-resistant coding for mobile objects automated control systems information channels, based on joint application of offered full classes' complicated systems of DF-signals and orthogonal codes operational frequency of pseudo-random reorganization-PROF-codes. The regular methods of optimum new classes synthesis, composite and large systems of DF-signals are constructed based on the account of algebraic and multiplication structure of simple and extended fields the Galois. The physical principles of information control channel (ICC) block diagram construction by a flight vehicle are substantiated. The ICC block diagram constructed by a flight vehicle realizes the proposed technology of management commands transfer: TDM-CDMA-FFH - temporary separation of channels within each ICC framework, code iterating of different ICC signals, operational frequency rapid breaks
