Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increase of completeness of maintenance of consumers and decrease in the total expenses arising during functioning of multilevel logistical systems (LS), operating in extreme conditions, due to creations and uses of the ACS by stocks of material resources (MR). The modern condition of control systems by stocks of МR and their mathematical and information models is analyzed. Models of an information exchange in the ACS by stocks of МR in multilevel LS are developed. Mathematical models of storekeeping МR in multilevel ЛС, functioning in extreme conditions, in view of sequence of maintenance of consumers and casual character of need are developed. Techniques of expenses cost definition for moving between parts of system MR and on storage of their stocks are offered. Techniques of optimum definition stocks of МR in each warehouse of logistical systems, and also techniques of the mathematical model adequacy estimation of storekeeping МR to the object of modeling
