Object of the study: Clinical pathogenetic peculiarities and treatment of the patients with grade 1-2 CRF. Purpose of the study: To improve the quality of diagnosis and efficacy of treatment of patients with grade 1-2 CRF against a background of primary renal impairment and hypertension dis-ease. Methods of investigation: Laboratory, biochemical, immuno-logical, instrumental. Theoretical and practical results: The findings of the research allowed to determine various impairments of LP AOP and fatty acid composition disorders as well as to formulate the regularities of the processes promoting the disease progress, to substantiate the use of Kvertsetin and Erythropoietin in patients with primary renal diseases and hypertension disease on early stages of CRF. The efficacy of combined use of the above drugs which allowed to improve the treatment of the patients at early stages of CRF was shown. The new approach to treatment of these patients has advantages over the generally accepted methods in clinical course of grade I-II CRF, functional state of the kidneys and quality of life. Novelty: For the first time, the peculiarities of changes in the balance of LP, AOP depending on the etiology and grade of CRF before dialysis were determined. Clinical pathogenetic peculiarities of early stages of CRF in patients with primary renal diseases and hypertension disease were established. The dynamics of restoration of the balance of LP and AOP depending on the methods of therapy in patients with CRF at early stages was investigated. The expediency of combined application of Kvertsetin and Erythropoietin in patients with CRF caused by primary renal diseases and hypertension disease was substantiated pathogenetically. Degree of introduction: The findings of the research were introduced to the clinical practice of Regional Hospital of Kiev, City Clinical Hospital No. 5 (Kiev), Kiev City Nephrology Center, Nephrology Institute (AMS of Ukraine), Polyclinics No. 2 for Adults of Shenchenkivsky district (Kiev), City PolyclinicsNo. 2 (Vinnitsa), Regional Hospital (Chernovtsy) as well as to the teaching process of department for polyclinic training and family medicine (National Medical University named after O.O.
