Potapchuk O. Diagnosis and therapy of psychoemotional disturbances of diffuse toxic goiter patients’ by means of litonit – a derivate of lithium and nicotine acid

Object: psychoemotional sphere and neurologic complications at diffuse toxic goiter (DТG) patients'. Purpose of research: to study frequency and character of psychoemotional disturbances at DТG patients', to prove an opportunity of application and to estimate efficiency of complex therapy with inclusion of litonit. Methods of research and the equipment: clinical, tool, laboratory, psychological, statistical; the ultrasonic scanner "Siemens Sonoline G60S ", the diagnostic cardiological complex "АВЭ-10". Theoretical and practical results: the expediency of application in complex pathogenetic therapy of litonit at DTG patients’ is proved on the basis of the analysis of changes of psychoemotional spheres, vegetative nervous and antioxidantivity systems of these patients. Novelty: for the first time the frequency and the character of changes of psychoemotional spheres at DTG patients’ were investigated and the use of the complex pathogenetic therapies with inclusion of litonit was proved. Degree of introduction: the results of these investigations were introduced into medical practice of doctors - endocrinologists and they were included into materials of the rate "Endocrinology" of medical educational institutions.
