Shabanov R. Legal regular of job-placement in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the research of job-placement legal regulation in Ukraine. The work gives the definitions of 'job-placement'; the right to the job-placement in the system of rights and freedoms of a man, it exposes its maintenance, the principles of job-placement legal regulation; the questions connected with the fulfillment of state policy of employment and job-placement. The dissertation discloses the rights and duties of agencies in job-placement as the subjects of these legal relations. The peculiarities of some categories job-placement of citizens who need social protection are analyzed here. The proposals as to the improvement of Ukrainian legislature about job-placement are formulated and theoretically substantiated.
