Kovalenko O. Distinctive features of legal regulation of youth labour.

The thesis is devoted to the investigation distinctive features legal regulation of youth labour. The study has analysed the norms of Ukrainian labour legislation, international-law and normative acts of some foreign countries. The deals with right of youth for labour in the system of human rights and freedom and issues connected with the realization of state policy in the area of youth labour. Placed high emphasis on examining juridical guarantees for exercising the right of youth for labour (reservation of working places, the first working place, legal status of young specialist, yong worker) and peculiarities of exercising the right of youth for labour in the form of the labour contract. The legal regulation peculiarities of work conditions are investigated. Concrete proposals concerning the improvement of Ukrainian legislation in the area of youth labour are introdused.
