This Dissertation is devoted to increasing of prophylaxis effectivity aimed to decrease the ARD of the children - patients, sick on B.A., who hake been treated by basis therapy, according the influence of immunocorrectors results of echinotceum compositum, IRS-19, ribomynil and their combinations upon the clinic - immunological showings, life quality, taking into consideration the persistence pathogens variety. This work demonstrates, that 82,1% of the inspected children, having got the ARD is the trigenic factor after the first and the next BA acute condition
