Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problems of improvement of diagnostics of irritable bowel syndrome. There was performed the complex examination of peculiarities of anamnesis, clinical durance, state of motilic activity of bowel (using electrocolography), endoscopic and morphologic changes of bowel mucosa, psychoemotional state of patients (using methodics of Spilberg-Khanin, "Mini-mult"), serotonine contents in blood serum in patients with different clinical variants of irritable bowel syndrome (constipation, diarrhea, pain)
