Essay

The thesis represents one of the first Ukrainian special scientific researches related to criminal procedure relations between the Appellate Court and sides in the judicial investigation. The author researches peculiarities of the judicial investigation in the Appellate Court. The model of the procedural position of the Appellate Court and parties in the judicial investigation and its limits was proposed. It was established that the examination of evidences at the judicial investigation in the Appellate Court is carried out in limits of the appeal.
