Object of research: processes of management by en-terprises functioning in the conditions of active internal and external environment. Purpose of research: devel-opment of complex of economic-mathematical case frames by an enterprise in the conditions of active envi-ronment for support of decision-making administrative. Methods of research: economic-mathematical design, theory of the systems, systems analysis, imitation design multicriterion analysis. Results: conception of design of process of management by an enterprise in an active en-vironment; model of labour collective as the multiagent systems; models of estimation of losses from satisfaction by the level of payment of labour; model of production as the production function of Cobba-Douglas; model of effective wages; model of interdependence of price and production volume taking into account the risk. Novelty: conception of design of process of management by an enterprise is offered in an active environment; the model of labour collective is first developed as the multiagent systems; the models of estimation of losses are first de-veloped from dissatisfaction by the level of payment of labour; the model of production is improved as the pro-duction function of Cobba-Douglas; the model of the effective wages founded on the models of Shapiro-Stiglica is improved; got further development model of interdependence of price and production volume taking into account the risk.
