Object of research are managerial processes innovational business. The purpose of research is development of the organizational - economic mechanism of development business in the industry of Ukraine as which components methods and models of an estimation of investment projects, their risks act, definition of volumes of financing which introduction will raise investment appeal of the domestic industrial enterprises. Methods - works of domestic and foreign experts on problems of innovational activity, methods of the economic analysis, statistical methods, a method smoothings, the analysis, methods of integer programming.
