Makhovskaya I. Development of compositions of glasses and technology of decoration in the make of glassware

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of methods of projecting of compositions of borosilicate glasses with the given complex of physic-chemical properties like basis at development of compositions of glasses for reception of overlaid coatings on art-decorative glassware on powder-roasting technology. The adequate mathematical models, which are scientific basis at development of chemical compositions of coatings with given temperature interval of formation and properties (viscosity, interfacial tension, temperature coefficient of linear expansion, index of refraction), are developed by experimental-statistical methods. The compositions and technology of reception of powder paints and appropriate coatings of wide color range are developed, among which opaque and transparent coatings blue-violet, blue-green, green-yellow, gray-beige, brown-black, pink and yellow-red tinges. The developed technology is applied in production of an art-decorative glass on "Firm Start" (Lviv).
