Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of compositions and scientific bases of synthesis boron-free titanium enamel coverings for corrosion protection of products from sheet steel, and in particular the steel enameled products of economic - household and sanitary-engineering purpose. The added data concerning structural conditions which cause crystallization of titaniferous glasses, in particular necessity of presence for their structural grid titanium groupings with connection Tі - O - Tі. The established laws of influence of oxides Al2O3, P2O5, ZrO2 of oxides alkaline and earth metals and fluorides on properties boron-free titaniferous enamel glasses and their crystallizing ability which allows to influence targeted their structure and to obtain glasscovering with given whiteness.Developed boron-free titanium white and brightly pigmented coverings with temperature of furnacing 810 - 840?С have successfully passed preliminary approbation on " Factory of the electrogas equipment " and are recommended for wide production tests.
