The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and treatment efficacy of chronic pancreatitis (CP) on the background of chronic non-obstructive bronchitis (CB). After inpatient treatment most patients have abdominal pain. Pain syndrome has some differences in case of biliary and alcoholic CP. Pancreatic excretory insufficiency is more evident in alcoholic CP. After inpatient treatment sonographic changes of the pancreas remain, patients have psychosomatic disorders and reduction of the quality of life. After inpatient treatment disorders of liver functional state and its sonographic changes remain in case of concomitant chronic hepatitis. The outpatient treatment including antihomotoxic preparation momordica compositum has effect on CP clinical manifestation, improves the functional state and sonographic data of the pancreas, of patients' psychosomatic status and quality of life. Antihomotoxic preparation hepel is effective in case of concomitant chronic hepatitis.
