Essay

The given work is devoted to perfection of technology of welding by compression DSHMAP, CB and cyborite with steels 40, 40Х, 35ХГСА and the firm alloys VK8...VK15 in МТМС in vacuum at temperatures up to 0,5Tmlt of connected materials. The studying of influence of key parameters of technological process on mechanical durability of connection for diverse alloys and metals (VK + steel, CB + steel) without application activating gaskets and homogeneous alloys (VK + VK) with application activating gaskets or sprayed adhesive-active layers are the subject of the work too. The comparative analysis of the soldering by the argentiferous solders such as ПСр-45 and diffused welding by compression in vacuum is executed. Advantages and lacks of these methods are shown. Calculations are made for earlier not investigated parameters of welding compression and diagrams of functional dependencies of key parameters of welding are made that allowed to choose correctly requirements needed for laboratory installation. Vacuum laboratory installation was developed and made, experimental researches were carried out, intervals of values of key parameters of technological process (specific pressure, isothermal exposure, degree of vacuum, temperature of isothermal exposure) and their influence on quality and durability of welded connection were established. Also, the assessment of efficiency of application of gaskets and adhesive-active coverings was performed. Researches of mechanical properties (strength on a cut) welded connections of the firm alloys VK8...VK15 with steel 40Х and 35ХГСА were executed; statistical processing of the received results was carried out. New reliable design МТМС made from the firm alloy VK8 was designed and made and values of effort of compression were calculated for it depending on length of a steel pusher for various temperatures. Durability of connection of firm alloy VK15 with steel 40Х with use of this module is not less than 500 МPа. For studying reliability of connection of homogeneous materials from the firm alloys VK6-VK15 compensative gaskets from nickel of thickness from 0,1 up to 0,2 mm. were investigated and durability was achieved not less than 350 МPa. For connection of cyborite with the firm alloy VK15, its surface was sprayed in vacuum by layers activate chemical elements of Ti, Al, Ni and Si, then welding by compression was carried out with getting the maximal durability of connection up to 205 МPа. The industrial tests of the cutting tool which were carried out in ОПО a factory of the process equipment (Mariupol), ISM АS Ukraine (Kiev), БЗПМ (Brovary), НПО "Azovmach" (Mariupol) have confirmed high operational reliability of connection DSHMAP and CB with steel (up to 500 МPа) by the method of welding by compression and preservation of physical and chemical properties of diamond and cyborite at a level of mechanically fixed plates and high cutting properties of the tool.
