Otchenashenko V. Peculiarities of disturbance of bone mineral density and its correction in the patients with 1 and 2 types Diabetes Mellitus

Object: support-motor apparatus of the patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). The work is aimed: to analyze peculiarities of disturbance of bone mineral density of bone tissue of the patients with 1 and 2 types DM and to develop differential methods of their medical treatment depending on the type of changes of the bone tissue. Methods and apparatus: clinical, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, statistical; dual-energy absorptiometry DPX-A "Lunar Corp.", fotoelectrocolorimetr CFC-2, spectrofotometr-46. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of the test of mineral density of bone tissue, parameters of calcium-phosphoric homeostasis, biochemical markers of bone remodelling multidirectional disorders of bones mineralization depending on the type of DM were revealed and differential regimens of medical treatment, which are appropriate to evidence of changes of the bone metabolism, immune reactivity and syndrome of endogenic intoxication were developed. New: for the first time with the method of dual-energy absorptiometry mineral density of bone tissue of the patients with 1 and 2 types DM was studied. The regimens of medical treatment with the use of preparations of calcium with vitamine D3 and mefenamic acid with the purpose of increase of life quality of the patients with DM were defined. The level of approach: results can be used in diagnosis and treatment of the patients with 1 and 2 types DM. Field of application: endocrinology, therapy.
