Kozeratskaja E. Research of the disturbances of self-consciousness at patients with schizophrenia (forensic psychiatryc aspekt).

It is investigated 90 examinees who were taking place stationary forensic psychiatric examination by whom the schizophrenia were diagnosed. For research the techniques modified by the author are used for definition of infringement of self-consciousness, infringement of criticism to the crime. For the first time the disturbances of self-consciousness in schizofrenic patients will be studied while forensic expertise as well as their correlation to the problem of the responsibility- irresponsibility of a person. The new approach for the decision of a question of responsibility - limited of responsibility - irresponsibility is offered, proceeding from the concept of a continuum of concepts: mentality - consciousness - self-consciousness - self-conception - criticism. It is supposed to find the criteria for forensic assessment of self-consciousness disturbances in schisofrenic patients who commited crimes could be applied in forensic expertise.
