Organizationally-financial relations, which arise in process of integration trade interaction in conditions of globalization. Revealing of trade integration of Ukraine potential in globally institutionalized environment, development of scientifically substantiated recommendations and suggestions concerning optimizing of forms, methods and financial instruments of realization the national export development contemporary priorities. Methods: statistic qualitative and quantitative comparison; structural and factor analyses; econometric modeling; expert estimations and questionnaire. It was investigated theoretical and practical aspects of global trade-financial interaction development. It was analyzed the preconditions, factors and discrepant manifestations of contemporary global transformations, tendencies and financial peculiarities of global trade interaction. It was considered and generalized the modern forms, methods, institutes and financial instruments of trade-economic collaboration development, which realize on national, regionally integrated and global levels (under the aegis of WTO). It was defined and substantiated the priorities of national export financial maintenance, exposed internationally-integration realization potential of national development strategy in act of Ukraine's entering into global trade system.
