Essay

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation and working up of the measures, directed on the prophylaxis of appearance of pathological changes unremovable metallic constructions of dentures conditioned by a presence. There have been examined 174 patients with metal inclusions in the oral cavity in the dissertation. The character of the changes in the oral cavity resulted from the application of metal constructions of fixed dentures which are fixed on teeth and dental implants have been studied. The complex of potentiometric indices in patients with metal inclusions in the oral cavity in case of absence or presence of galvanosis clinical symptomatology has been studied by applying clinical and laboratory methods.The numbers of metal inclusions in the mouth, the kind of metal and dental constructions influencing the occurrence of significantly high potentiometric indices as well as the impairment of local and general factors of the body non-specific resistance, i.e. when there are unfavorable conditions which are to be taken into account for preventing the development of complications after fixed tooth replacement, have been detected.There has been detected the propensity of some factors for developing galvanosis clinical symptoms in the patients and its most characteristic clinical and laboratory signs have been determined by means of the mathematic methods; its treatment efficiency diagnostic criteria have been determined.It has been detected that the removal of the metal dentures which caused the development of metal alloys intolerance should not result in the patients' recovery because of preservation of the temporary immunodeficiency. There has been developed a method for its elimination by means of additive "Trophosan - 4".
