Olenchenko T. The Peculiarities of Responsibility of the Officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (administrative legal aspect)

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the institute of responsibility of the officials of the Ministry of Internal affairs of Ukraine in its administrative legal aspect. This work offers an approach of categorical and contextual delimitation of notions "official" and "employee", and also "the representative of the authority". The authors definition of the notions "official" and "official of the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine", and also the classification are given here. The detailed analysis of discipline and administrative responsibility of the officials of the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine is represented; the notion of personal responsibility of the officials and political responsibility of the Home secretary are considered here. The problem of evaluation of the officials of the Ministry of the internal affairs of Ukraine as stimulating factor of personal responsibility is discussed. The system of discipline and administrative punish-ments, the procedural way of their usage concerning the officials of the Ministry, of internal affairs of Ukraine, reasons and conditions of committing crime by these persons and its destroying in the process of state formation.
