Bondarchuk A. Non-suicidal аutoagressive behaviour in patients with paranoid schizophrenia (diagnostic, correction, prophilactic)

Examination of 200 men suffered from paranoid schizophrenia, including 100 patients with signs of non-suicidal autiagressive behaviour, 50 patients with signs of suicidal autiagressive behaviour and 50 patients without autiagressive activity and tendency was carried out. In the result of investigation the main forms and prevalence of self-harm in patients with paranoid schizophrenia were found and main clinical variants of non-suicidal autiagressive behaviour were discribed (delusional, hallucinational, affective, compulsive, catatonic). Features of pschopathological symptoms which are dominant in genesis of non-suicidal autiagressive behaviour in paranoid schizophrenia were studied and discribed. Types and features of forming of non-suicidal autiagressive behaviour were found. On the background of received data the recommendation for prognosis, correction and prophylaxis of non-suicidal autiagressive behaviour in patients with paranoid schizophrenia.
