Essay

The object of investigation: Strength of peroxide lipid oxydation and particularities of the functional condition of the antioxidant protection system of quails liver tissues in age aspect, under condition of the load by nitrate sodium and with the amaranth grain addition intro the mixed folder. The purpose of investigation: determination of caurse regularity in peroxide lipid oxidation and particularities of the functional condition of the antioxidant protection system of quails liver tissues in age aspect, under condition of the load by nitrate sodium and with the amaranth grain addition intro the mixed folder. Methods: biochemical, statistical. Scientific novelty - rising of peroxide lipid oxidation level in one-day quails liver tissues in periods of the intensive growing, sexual dimorphism and formations of the ovipositor processes causes compensatory growing of antioxidative ferment activity. Nitrate sodium causes peroxide lipid oxidation intensification, changes in antioxidative ferments functional activity and lowing of vitamins A, E and carotin content in quail liver. Using the amaranth grain addition to mixed fodder prevents of hemic hypoxia progress, makes protection influence against negative action of nitrates, facilitates rising of antioxidative status in quails liver. Proposal: by the pathologic process purposdy antioxidant atatus rising and adaptative abilitics of an organism bring to one-day quails ration amaranth grain in amount of 10%. Branch: animal inductries.
