The sense and functions of law culture of militia employees are analyzed, the ways of theirs formation and improvement in modern conditions are based. The usage of comparative and sociological approaches helped to find out the contest of the categories "law enforcement law culture", "law enforcement employees law culture", "law en-forcement employees law subculture", the subculture specifics of these categories as for the culture at whole so to individual law enforcement officer are defined.
