Ponomaryova L. Factors of formation and progression in schoolchildren arterial hypertension

The results of factor risk investigation of formation and progression in schoolchildren arterial hypertension have been presented in the dissertation. Social and economic status and psychological climate in family, educational and out of school activities, regime for schoolchildren and their physical activities, medical and biological risk factors are considered. Psychological peculiarities of teenagers with arterial hypertension have been determined. The variation limits of arterial pressure normal values for various age-sexual groups of schoolchildren in Kharkov population, the prevalence of arterial hypertension among them have been defined. The prognostic significance of risk factors emergence of arterial hypertension in schoolchildren has been estimated. The indexes ranking by their informational content has been made. The prognosis criteria of arterial hypertension emergence in schoolchildren have been given. The algorithm of primary prophylaxis of arterial hypertension in schoolchildren has beenworked out.
