Research object: the modes of distributing municipal and industrial electric networks. Research purpose: development of scientific foundation for auto-mate modes control of distributing municipal and industrial electric networks considering factor of risk and also many gage of problem for securement power supply efficiency and quality of customers. Research methods: mathematical simulation methods of electric networks processes, mathematic machine of mathematical statistic, methods of unprecise logic and applied methods of directional se-quencing. Theoretical and practical results: the potential of control of the distributing electric networks regimes. Novelty of inculcated: factor of risk, voltage instability and ther-mal overload accounting of networks by control of the distributing electric networks regimes. Research results are inculcated in АК „Харківобленерго” (Kharkov), and in the Company “Electricite de Guinee” (Conakry, Republic of Guinea).
