Essay

Taxonomical analysis of genus Planorbarius of a fauna of Ukraine on the basis of complex research anatomical, conchologycal, caryological and genetical features of mollusks has been done.Geographical analysis of allocation of genic frequencies of locuse Es-1 in populations Planorbarius corneus s. lato in terrain of Ukraine proves the presence of two allospecies, the areals of which are in the eastern and northeastern regions for one species and in central and western regions to the other one. The species singled out on the basis of genic marking, are well differentiated on centromeric index of the 12-th chromosomes pair which is marking for them.
