The dissertation investigates the practical instruments, the methods of commercial policy of the World leading companies: franchising, brending policies. It is marked that due to predominance in the domestic production sphere of the final stages of life cycle of goods and technologies, deficit of facilities for mass development and purchase of progressive technologies there is a necessity in penetration to the market of Ukraine now-how, the newest methods of management exactly by means of franchising.
