Degtyarov O. Administrative-juristic providing of the realization of the citizens' rights of the choice of domicile

The thesis deals with the present state of administrative-juristic relations about the providing of the realization of the citizens' rights of the choice of domicile, definition of the main directions of improving the corresponding institutions in this sphere, and reasoning of amendments and annexions of the existing legislation for the realization of this rights and freedoms. The real state of social relations in the sphere of providing the citizens' rights of the choice of domicile is analyzed. This work determines migratory legal relations that appear between state and citizens and also foreigners who are in Ukraine; relations of the passport system, factors that influence the inner dispersal movements. The thesis analyzes the legislation in the sphere of providing the citizens' rights of the choice of domicile, jurisdiction of bodies of state power in the sphere of providing the citizens' rights of the choice of domicile, means of state regulations of dispersal movements and passport system of Ukraine. The thesis frames the suggestions about the amendments of the legislative acts in the sphere of definition of domicile and improving the process of registration of physical bodies in the part of providing the citizens' rights of the choice of domicile.
