Essay

An investigating object is a sintering process. An investigating subject is initial mixtures and ceramics based on titanates of the earth elements. An objective of the work is revealing regularity of the effects of the modifying admixtures on the synthesis and sintering oxide ceramic materials. The regularity of actions of low melting like-glass admixtures on sintering materials based on barium titanate - calcium zirconate, barium-neodymium titanate were revealed. The existence of solid solution cooper titanate with tin, bismuth, and lanthanum was established. The materials for manufacturing capacitor ceramic were developed.
