Object of the research - processes of the evoluation of situation, caused by the emergency, followed by fire of dangerous cargo, and making the backgrounded decigion as for its liquidation; objecetive of the research - time decreasing for decision making process by the managers of the emegency situation liquidation, followed by dangerous cargo fire, by means of computing the managing processes on the basis of informational technologies, which is based on the appropriate information and mathematical researches; methods of researche - theoretic and multiplying research methods in complex systems, models of productive systems, linear programming, theory of systems for mass servise and stochastic nets; theoretical and practical rezults - for decision making support of the manager of fire extingnish within the rolling stock of the railway transport there had been developed the information models of emergency situation identification and development of recomendations as for its liquidation, developed mathematical models for evaluation of efficiency of fire brigades actions, suggested the rules for practical application of the developed system for decision making support within the automated controlling system in the railway transport, which allowed to reduce time for decision making; stage of introduction - within the sphere; sphere (branch) of application - railway transport.
