Bevzenko O. Pension insurance in agrarian sector of Agro-Industrial complex.

Object of the study is a process of the development of the pension insurance in agrarian sector AIC Purpose of the study: motivation theorist-methodological basis and methodical approach, as well as development of practical recommendation for improvements of the pension insurance mechanism in agrarian sector AIC. Methods: statistical, analysis and syntheses, analogies, comparisons, categorizations and abstracting. Theoretical and practical results: are concluded in develop of theoretical basis and practical developments for improvements of the pension insurance for the reason improvements level of living persons, which reach the pension age. Scientific novelty: for the first time: is determined load on payment agricultural enterprise, including farming facilities of the insurance dues in Pension fund; determinate the level of insurance length of service and amount of the salary workman on amount their pension; it is advanced: interpretation economic and social nature category "pension insurance" and "pension provision". The financial aspect of the pension provision is concluded in order of the shaping and draft on funds fund for the reason material provision retiree; has gained the following development: estimation to activity of the Pension fund through mechanism of the shaping and order of the draft on funds on pension provision. Degree of the introduction: results to thesis's are introduced in SLL "Agro-partner" and credit alliance "Farmers of Vinnitskoy area". Efficiency: will promote the improvement of the pension insurance in agrarian sector agro industrial complex. Sphere, range of usage: agro industrial production of Ukraine
