The dissertation is devoted to a decrease of energy expenses by manufacture Portland cement of a clinker by use of a coarse-dispersion raw mix containing domain granulouse dross. The optimum dispersion ability of a raw flour is revealed which is characterized by a sieve residue №008 15-16 %, that allows to raise efficiency of division and efficiency of process of a classification, and also to raise productivity of separativ setting on 12-16 of % and to lower specific expenses of the electric power.
