Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a decrease of energy expenses by manufacture Portland cement of a clinker by use of a coarse-dispersion raw mix containing domain granulouse dross. The optimum dispersion ability of a raw flour is revealed which is characterized by a sieve residue №008 15-16 %, that allows to raise efficiency of division and efficiency of process of a classification, and also to raise productivity of separativ setting on 12-16 of % and to lower specific expenses of the electric power. The thermodynamic sample piece of synthesis of minerals in system nCaО ?mAl2O3? pSiО2 – xCaО ? yMgО ? zSiО2 – Al2O3 ? 2SiО2? 2H2O – CaCO3 – Fe2O3 the software to embodying a sample piece also designed. The modern methods of the assaying prove a key opportunity of synthesis Portland cement of clinkers high-performance qualities from low dispersion ability drossy of raw mixes. The results of experimental explorations and industrial testings whenever possible uses low dispersion ability of a raw mix are introduced on Open Joint Stock Company “Kryvyi Rih Cement”, Dniprodzerzhinsk.
