In dissertation research legal foundations military education in Ukraine, principles and correlation with similarity education. Structure of military education and the whole elements in it analyzed. Ordered definitions conceptions as such system of military education in wide and narrow sense and conceptions state govern in system of military education. Examined meaning military education for guarantee national security. In detail analyzed administrative and legal machinery of management in system of military education and developmented structure model management system. Separately polish up specially to implement administrative and not juridical procedure in military education area. Special attention devoted questions to improvement high military education and adoption progressive model to prepare officers "student -cadet". In the end of work gets proposal about state policy formed in system of military education. Proposed versions solution problems about refinement structure of military education. Offered proposals about acceleration integration military and similarity education and developmented ways to refinement management at the system of military education.
