Petrov S. The differentiated approach to choice endodontic treatment of chronic destruction periodontitis

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of features of treatment of the chronic forms destruction periodontitis, which consist of application a different level of obturation of the root canal depending on a condition of apical constriction. The in-fluence of a level of sealing, method of obturation, sizes of the centers of destruction in a periapical area on results of endo-dontic treatment is investigated. The technique of definition of a level of a disposition sealing material in the root canal is rea-sonable depending on a condition of apical constriction. The method of a measurement of a diameter of a terminal part of the root canal is developed. It is shown, that for want of plan-ning endodontic treatment the size of apical constriction is necessary to determine, which will cause a level of obturation. The held clinical studies have shown, that the application of an offered method of endodontic treatment chronic periodontitis results in a reduction of the centers of destruction in a periapi-cal area, increases efficiency of treatment of the patients, that allows to recommend it to application.
