Serbinenko E. Clinic, pathogenesis and medical treatment of gen-eralized parodontitis, complicated of purulent proc-ess.

In this work the study results of violations role of biocydial and neutrophilic granulocytes functional activity in pathogenesis of inflammation complication by a purulent process from patients with acute generalized parodontitis are expounded. First it is led to, that patients with acute general-ized parodontitis with presence of purulent ecsoudation in parodontium fabrics have considerable violations of oxygen methabolism of phagocyted leucocytes, were exposed that their functional emaciation is forming hearths of purulent inflammation in parodontium. According to it, it's developed and approved in a clinic the differentiated setting of complex therapy for the patients with acute generalized parodontitis, which includes facilities of purposeful influence on the state of biocydial and functional activity of neutrophilic granulo-cytes. It is set, that the use of the developed medical complex diminishes the amount of complications, relapses and allows to promote general efficiency of recovering process.
