Essay

Were examined 120 patients with the arterial hypertension, among them -89 in combination with metabolic syndrome and 16 practically healthy people. It has been evaluating leptin blood levels, range of tissue insulin sensitivity violation by insulinoresistance index, the degree of carbohydrate metabolism violation according to indexes of insulin and glucose contents in the blood, the degree of lipidic metabolism according to indexes of triglicerides, total cholesterol, lipoprotein cholesterol of high density, influence of combined antagonist of I-1 imidazolin receptors moxonidin and thiazide - type diuretic indapamid therapy against a background low-calorie diet on clinically-sanguimotor,structural,anthropometric,metabolic parameters, index of insulinoresistance and leptin levels in patients with arterial hypertension within the limits of metabolic syndrome. Results of the study showed significant changes in leptin levels and indexes of insuliniresistance in patients with arterial hypertension within the limitsof metabolic syndrome and also in patients without metabolic syndrome, revealed dependence of leptin levels from sex, insuliniresistance index, obesity, violations of lipidic and carbohydrate metabolism, obtained a correlation of insulinoresistance from metabolic syndrome expression, obesity, lipidic and carbohydrate metabolism indexes, was proved a positive influence of combined therapy with antagonist of I-1 imidazolin receptors moxonidin and thiazide - type diuretic indapamid on sanguimotor parameters, insulinoresistance index, leptin levels in patients with arterial hypertension within the limits of metabolic syndrome
