Essay

Subject of research - changes in the immune system under the influence of examination stress and UV-radiation in connection with the polymorphism of immune reactions associated with anthropometrical features. The purpose is to give pathogenetical substantiation to stress-induced changes in the volunteers' immune system in considering the physiological criteria of polymorphism and the modified influence of UV-radiation. Methods - anthropometrical, cytological, immunological, statistical. Innovation - for the first time the patterns of immune polymorphism under the influence of examination as the stress factor and its combined action with UV-radiation are described; connections are revealed between a set of prognostical anthropometrical criteria, leukogram' parameters, and types of immune reaction to stress and its combination with UV-radiation; the modified influence of the combination of stress with UV-radiation on the immune system's functioning parameters is described; the patterns of Th1/Th2 structural dynamics are described in considering the immunoregulating index IF-g/IL-10 under the influence of examination stress, UV-radiation and their combined action depending on the anthropometrical criteria and leukogram parameters;the condition of the antiendotoxic immune system under stress and UV-radiation is described. Results - the technique of prognostical definition of reaction type to examination stress is offered; for students who belong to the stress-resistive type UV-radiation is pathogenically proved and shown harmless, for students who belong to stress-labile type the restriction of UV-radiation influence is proved. These results are offered as part of pedagogical process of the Crimean State Medical University named after S.I.Georgievskiy. Field - medicine.
