Production on cases about infringement of customs rules is investigating; its correlation with administrative process and production on cases about administrative offences is established. The concept of production, its structure is established and features of carrying out of specific remedial actions and stages are analysed. Differences between production on cases about infringement of customs rules are finding out by the Custom Code in force and the previous Code. The competence of dominating subjects of production is described. Main subjects classify on five groups and interaction between them is investigated. Features of a legal status of participants of production are established. Variants of the solution of the problems connected with customs examination, and also possible ways of improvement of system of subjects production on cases about infringement of customs rules are offered.
