Isam M. Effective rising of central retinal vein thrombosis diagnostics and prognosis in patient with different arterial pressure

Object - the central retinal vein thrombosis. The purpose - to increase the efficacy of diagnostics and prognosis of central retinal vein thrombosis development. Methods: ophthalmology (visometry, perimetry, biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy), ultrasound dopplerography, reoophthalmography, tonometry; biochemical; the equipment - slot-hole lamp, ophthalmoscope, rheograf, device for ultrasound dopplerography. For the first time the basis parameters which influence on the central retinal vein thrombosis formation and their importance for the patients with hypertonia, arterial hypertensia and normal arterial pressure were established. The new effective diagnostic prognosis method of central retinal vein thrombosis development in the patients with a different level of arterial pressure was offered. The disturbances of rheologic blood properties have the main role in this method. The main results of work are introduced in the Girshman state ophthalmology clinical hospital №14 and promote the prognose of centralretinal vein thrombosis development.
