The research reviews Arianism in social life and politics of the Roman Empire at the close of the III century and the first quarter of the IV century. The main consideration was given to the spotting of the Arianism within the process of religiously ideological search in the roman society at the beginning of the IV century, ascertainment of the "Arianism dispute" effect on politics and church life of the Roman Empire and clarification of Arianism religious doctrine role in the development of Christian Orthodox church. It's pointed out, that Arianism was an antitrinitar study formed by the effect of adoptions ideas of Paul Samosatsky and Lukian and subordination theories of Origen. The causes of "Arianism dispute" arising were analyzed along with means of its solution. It was clarified through the research that there was an impact of Aria's study of a great extent on the politics of Empire, also the role of Constantine in managing the church crises was determined too. The traditional view on the Arianism was disproved, it is emphasized on the complex approach to the study of this phenomena. The positive effect of the Arianism and "Arianism dispute" was approved on the evolution of Christian Church.
