Thesis is devoted to the analysis and solving of organizational and legal problems of the activity of institutions dealing with execution of punishments. Peculiarities of foundation and development of institute of punishments' execution are researched. International experience of the management of institutions dealing with execution of punishments is analyzed. Modern state of organization of institutions dealing with execution of punishment activity is characterized. Peculiarities of legal regulation of the bodies and institutions of criminal and executive system are researched.
