Object - processes of formation of color wear-resistant coatings on ceramics on the basis of system ZnO-MgO-Al2O3-SіО2; the purpose of research - mining of color wear-resistant coatings on ceramics on the basis of system ZnO-MgO-Al2O3-SіО2 with use of wastes of effectings; methods of research - complex of standard physical-chemical methods; results and the novelty - for the first time is established subsolidus a constitution of systems ZnO-MgO-Al2O3 and ZnO-MgO-Al2O3-SіО2. Is lead triangulations and tetraidrations of these systems, the geometric-topological characteristics of phases are given.The laws of formation of phases are established on the basis of system ZnO-MgO-Al2O3-SіО2, that permits to obtain wear-resistant coatings on ceramics. The formation spinal of phases (ZnAl2O4, MgAl2O4) in glass crystals a covering is established on the basis of system ZnO-MgO-Al2O3-SіО2 in conditions of a high-speed mode of furnacing, and is shown, that the presence of these phases allows to rise parameters of their micro hardness and wear resistances. Is established, that in conditions of high-speed furnacing (30-45 minutes) descend interaction between low-melting glass phases and oxides - modifiers, therefore are formed supinely of bond (for example (Zn, Mg, N і) * (Al2O4)), that results in strengthening glass crystals of coatings and allows to receive no pigments dyeing; a subject and degree of an intrusion - intrusion in effecting ceramic; range of use - effecting of building stuffs.
