Dzhereley A. Clinic-laboratory results of forecasting and correction of types of psychological reactions to surgical intervention at stomatologic patients

The dissertation is devoted to influence of psychological reaction on an organism of person at a surgical pathology in maxillofacial area. The results of psychological testing received by us and clinic-laboratory parameters have allowed to generate three psychosomatic subgroups of patients: it is disturbing, euphorial and harmonic. Investigated clinic-laboratory parameters have formed a basis for development of algorithms psychosomatic therapies, and the received results have confirmed its efficiency. Positive dynamics in all investigated parameters is noted, frequency has decreased. Positive dynamics of psychological reactions after treatment in 2 months after operation harmonic's reaction (67,39%) was prevailing is noted. Thus, the early psychodiagnostics and duly forecasting psychosomatic conditions with subsequent their differentiated correction allow to create conditions for favorable current of regenerative processes, formations aesthetically high-grade of scar and accelerate psychological rehabilitation.
